Manufacturing Training Program

Our manufacturing training program offers participants immediate wages, assessment of soft skills such as attendance and communication as well as specific training in manufacturing processes. Many participants move onto jobs within the production and manufacturing while others utilize their unique skills and experiences to move into other careers. Our manufacturing training program offers a stepping stone for individuals transitioning into competitive employment.

Program participants earn minimum wage.

Each program participant works closely with a manufacturing staff member and a Vocational Counselor to monitor progress and address any obstacles to employment.
