Our Process
Each participant in our program receives assistance from our professional staff designed to address his or her particular needs. This may include services such as vocational counseling, goal development, job placement and job retention.
Orion’s Vocational Counselors assist participants with goal development and support participants in gaining the skills and behavior necessary to get and keep employment.
Orion’s Job Developers provide individualized job search assistance to participants both before and after they find a job suited to their needs and abilities.
Participants do not pay for vocational and placement services.
